A leading domestic new energy commercial vehicle manufacturer recently completed the delivery of its first batch of 500 new energy heavy-duty truck axle assemblies. These assemblies are designed for use in pure electric tractors and hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks. The assembly features an integrated electric drive design, incorporating a motor, reducer, and differential, achieving a transmission efficiency exceeding 96% and reducing energy consumption by 8% compared to traditional axles. Simultaneously, the product utilizes a lightweight aluminum alloy shell, reducing the weight of each vehicle by 120 kg and contributing to a 10% increase in the range of new energy heavy-duty trucks. This axle assembly has passed extreme environment reliability testing and is compatible with fast charging and battery swapping modes, which will promote the large-scale application of new energy heavy-duty trucks in logistics and mining sectors.
